Why Choose Self-Pay Therapy?
Self-pay therapy offers flexibility in treatment planning and allows us to focus fully on your goals without insurance requirements shaping care. This supports a more personalized process that can move at a pace aligned with your needs, with greater privacy and collaboration in your care.
If you have questions about rates, payment options, or insurance reimbursement, you’re welcome to bring them up during a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for therapy services. Out-of-network benefits can help offset the cost of therapy and provide additional flexibility in choosing a provider. Coverage varies by plan and provider and may include deductibles or other requirements. To better understand your benefits, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to review your specific plan details before beginning services. You may also use the free benefits checker below to obtain an estimate based on your coverage.
I provide superbills upon request that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I’m happy to discuss questions about using out-of-network benefits during a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
